About Don't Know Dorothy:

Don’t Know Dorothy is a rock band from Kansas City. They are best known for clever, catchy songwriting wrapped in guitar driven rock and blue eyed soul.They have just released their debut EP “Whatever Comes” - recorded by Rusty Varenkamp at Conservatory Park Studios in Nashville.

 

The title track “Whatever Comes” has been picked for the end credit music for the upcoming (October 2014) Destination America Channel fishing series “Silver Kings”  http://www.silverkingstv.com/

 

"Above My Head" has quickly climbed the all time Rock playlist on IndieHeaven.com and is scheduled for release as a single this fall.

 

All members are currently college students in Kansas City area, lead worship at 3 Kansas City churches and as time permits, tour throughout the Midwest. They have shared bills with Los Lonely Boys, Marcia Ball, Band of Heathens, Remedy Drive, Royal Tailor, Satellites and Sirens, Davy Knowles, Paul Thorn, Splitlip Rayfield and many others.
